We are part of the Husqvarna Group's production organization focusing on stamping tools that shape components for our chainsaws and chainsaw bars. Our operations range from raw materials to finished components, where precision and quality are crucial. We work with advanced tools and shape steel into high-performance parts used in our products worldwide. We are now looking for a tool engineer who wants to help develop our tools and processes for the future.

The role is based in Huskvarna and requires on-site presence, as you will work closely with production and our tools.
About the role
As a tool engineer, you will:
- Work on improvement projects for our existing tools.
- Develop methods to ensure the quality and longevity of the tools.
- Conduct analyses based on data from production and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with production engineers, quality engineers, and other key personnel within the organization.
- Be involved in both urgent interventions in production and long-term development projects.
- Participate in daily follow-ups with the team and build strong relationships within the organization.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- An engineering degree in a relevant field.
- Experience as a tool engineer, tool designer, or tool maker.
- A good understanding of material properties, especially steel.
- The ability to analyze data and translate insights into concrete improvements.
- Experience working closely with production and service organizations.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
